Grist Mill Park – Site Improvements

For this 10-acre site, we prepared complete plans, specifications and cost estimates for park facilities, multi-purpose trail, pedestrian bridge, baseball field, and offsite road improvements. Plans included erosion and siltation control, landscape development and wetland protection. Surveying services included conducting boundary and topographic surveys.
