Thomas Balch Library Restoration and Expansion

Engineering site design and land surveying services were performed for the restoration and expansion of this history and geneaology library situated in the historic Town of Leesburg. Services included topographic and boundary surveys, utility design, stormwater outfall improvements, and parking lot and driveway design.
