George Mason University – Housing V

Performed topographic and property line surveying, wetland delineations, and permitting on this eight-acre site.  PSA surveyors conducted a field verification of existing topographic surveys to locate existing trees.  Utility as-built information was verified for storm and sanitary sewer and all other accessible utilities within the Housing V project limits.  A survey base plan was provided upon completion of this phase.  In addition, PSA's environmental scientists conducted several wetland delineations, which included an on-site review of soils, hydrological data and vegetation.  A brief report was prepared, which included preliminary delineation, data sheets, and a map of the potential wetlands to be impacted or protected.
