at the right place. Paciulli, Simmons & Associates actively recruits talented
college graduates for opportunities in our firm. Our college recruiting program
is the backbone of the firm’s growth, and we strongly believe in promoting
from within. Almost half of our senior management staff started with
their firm as entry-level employees!
We recruit from colleges and universities in the Mid-Atlantic region with
strong civil engineering, landscape architecture and environmental science
programs such as the University of Virginia, Virginia Tech, VMI, George Mason
University to name just a few. Through our partnership and presence at University
career fairs and course lectures, we have had great success in hand selecting
our interns and entry-level applicants early in their careers and educational
process. Once recruited, new graduates are given the tools to make immediate
meaningful contributions within our firm, most of our entry-level staff is
managing their own projects within two years of joining the firm.
Additionally, our strong commitment to continuing education is backed by a 100% tuition reimbursement to our regular full-time employees who wish to take educational seminars and courses related to Professional Registration and License Fees or to further their education in a degree program to advance in their present position. Many of our staff received advanced degrees while working with us.
“I found the size of Paciulli, Simmons and Associates and the type of
projects the firm worked on to be exactly what I was looking for. However, it
was the welcoming environment and openness of the principles and staff that
made my choice final. Paciulli, Simmons and Associates' longevity in
the market and high profile projects is still a perfect fit.”

far exceeded my expectations. The environment is warm and friendly with
